Was there ever a cd version of this on the 2-tone label ? I thought there was, or did l dream it ? On discogs it has a cd version listed as being on retro reggae records, or something like that. Just curious. Also, what about Jama, ever a 2-tone cd of that ? _________________ The past is our knowledge, the present our mistake and the future we always leave too late. |

Two Tone info site says there was a joint Japanese release on CD and then That Man was later released on Retro Reggae records.
I remember Sugarman posting a photograph of the Japanese CD as he managed to track it down.
I remain extremely jealous... |

The utterly pointless 2015 release of More Specials has small images of both Rico’s 2 Tone albums on the rear. Very mysterious. Or could they be cryptic clues? _________________ Richard Eddington is innocent.

I wouldn't recommend buying the Retro Reggae CD reissue of That man is Forward because the sound quality isn't great, I would buy the official MP3 album or wait for another CD reissue or search for the Japanese first issue if you are lucky enough to find one. it took me ages to track one down but it was worth the long wait. good luck _________________ I'm having bags of fun |
