This is England, this is punk rock, England 1970’s! The incredible true story of the notorious punk venue the Grey Topper - situated in a Nottinghamshire pit village! Where The Stranglers played in 76, The Vibrators, The Ruts, Early Xerox era Adam and the Ants, UK Subs, Angelic Upstarts (that ended in a riot), The Members and The Specials did a gig there at a pivotal time in their career, the month Gangsters was released in 1979. The book contains the memories of Roddy Radiation Byers talking about that time in their career and the early days of The Specials!
