There is a lot of moaning about this on Facebook. Seems a lot of folks got the hump. Glad I kept my money in my pocket. Havin said that I am sure it will get sorted out soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got mine on the night but at this rate I don't hold out much hope for the box set coming out in time for xmas delivery

Well I got mine on the night and I couldn't be more pleased with it, really excellent sound quality and nicely put together....oh and its signed Laughing

I have had some issues with a gig I tried to download but I'm sure it wasn't their fault as my internet was playing up at the time. However I am finding it impossible to contact them to sort it out.

Sooooo Jett....if you could have one live Cd from uk tour, which one eh? Twisted Evil

Stevo, just out of interest when did you place your order originally and when did you let them know which alternative CDs you wanted?

My order is still on hold. I hope the people at Shabbey Road are enjoying rolling about in the money...

Ordered Ricoh CD & Ally Pally USB on 11 August, told them on the 14 November which cd's I wanted. It still says my order is on hold at Specials Live!

Maybe I'll hear this week then. I ordered later than you and told them of my revised plans around the same time. Maybe Thursday is the new Monday.

No confirmation email, but my order status has at least changed from on hold to dispatched today.

It's a start, that will hopefully lead to a good finish. Where's the emoticon for 'cautiously optimistic' when you need it? Question
