Nice to have a Bad Manners site to browse. I look forward to reading about the original members. I was reading Wiki recently, which was the first time I had read about the get togethers at the Ship and Brownwood. Talking of Bad Manners, I really wish I could find a copy of Christmas Time Again somewhere

The first meeting at The Ship was a festive knees up, but the actual band reunion at The Brownswood last year was quite special, Harry. A top day, especially as some of the band had not seen each other since the 1980s.

I'm glad I have the 12" but I'm still chasing the 7" single _________________ I'm having bags of fun

As for the problems mentioned with the website, we hope to fix them soon.
That's a great Wiki article, It's a shame Buster and Louis Alphonso didn't show up for the reunion? _________________ I'm having bags of fun

I have never seen the 7" for sale. I saw the 12" on ebay once and with about an hour left I stuck on the minimum bid. I went to the cinema and when I got home someone had stuck another 50p on and got it!

I did manage to get the 7 inch on ebay but that was quite a few years ago, I didn't realise it was that rare. I have the Blue Summer jigsaw 7 inch, I've never seen that on sale on ebay, I'm guessing that's the rarest Bad Manners single of all?

That sounds great alright, they were brilliant together as a band. Was Martin Stewart at the reunion, Dell?

He sure was, Mangeire. Martin was there along with Winston Bazoomies, David Farren, Paul Hyman, Chris Kane, Andy Marson and Brian Tuitt. Only Buster and Louis Alphonso could not make it, as they were both abroad at the time. Royden Stock, the band's former roadie and Head of Security, was also there, along with Winston's sister, Louise.
Other folks at the reunion were the group's historian, Dave Turner, the German ska promoters, Hermann and Birgit, along with myself, James 'Bitburger' Brown and the Reverend John Crawford. _________________ www.myspace.com/backdoorpromotions

Here's one I bought earlier I'm surprised I hadn't heard about it before, the interesting thing about this release is it has Falling Out Of Love as the B-Side

Mangeire - it is impossible to find anywhere so I was already jealous. That was before I read about the Blue Summer jigsaw - now I have discovered yet another gap in my collection...

The B-Side is Skinhead Love Affair by Buster's Allstars. They even made a video for it too. _________________ www.myspace.com/backdoorpromotions

Was the single on a plain white label and sold at the gigs? If so I have a copy that was signed by some band members at that time.
If this is the one then I'm open to offers.
