Here's the video of Hit It. I'd only ever seen it once before on Tiswas, before videos and colour tvs were on the market.

Cheers Imani.
Love it - especially Blockhead's dancing!
I always liked this song, although judging by it's chart position I was in the minority on that one
Jim _________________ It’s A Wonderful Life. It’s a wonderful film, but the more I watch it the more I want Potter to succeed. Not least when that lot up the road come out into the street every New Year’s Eve, drunk on Ptolemy’s hock, hugging each other and going “Hee-haw, hee-haw”…

The video goes to show that 'Freaky Dancing' was invited by The Beat, not Bez.
I always liked the song also and still have the 12 inch single. Which Side Of The Bed is the one I prefer but it was good to hear them doing something slightly different to add to their sound.
On the extended mix Ranking Roger does a rap - must have soaked up the early hip hop influence from touring USA - like the Clash with 'Radio Clash' from about the same time.
